Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Warmies, but if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange. All returned products must be in their original, unused condition with all packaging and tags intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and postcode to start the process and select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your Warmies in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit and include your completed returns form inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest designated courier collection point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange within 5-7 working days.
