How do I heat my Warmies product safely?
To heat your Warmies, place the product in a clean microwave for the specific time indicated on the product tag (usually 60-90 seconds depending on the wattage). Always ensure the microwave turntable can rotate freely and never exceed the recommended heating time.
Can I wash my Warmies in a washing machine?
No, Warmies should not be submerged in water as it will damage the organic filling. To clean your product, simply wipe the surface with a damp cloth and allow it to air dry completely before reheating.
What are the shipping costs and delivery times for the UK?
We offer standard UK delivery which typically takes 3-5 business days. Express shipping options are available at checkout. Orders over a certain value may qualify for free standard shipping within the UK mainland.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on products that have been heated or used unless they are found to be faulty.
Are Warmies safe for children of all ages?
Yes, Warmies are designed to be safe for all ages. They meet all international safety standards, including EN71-1/2/3 and BS 8433:2004. However, we always recommend adult supervision during the heating process.
